Around 1000 people in a small Powys village now have access to a defibrillator thanks to Out of Hours provider Shropdoc.
Customer Service Excellence Standard
Shropdoc has achieved the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Standard. Assessors who visited the Shropdoc head office in Shrewsbury said staff should be “proud” of having met the standard with such a good level of compliance.
Dr Graeme Spencer has been presented with the Dr Steve Hugh Award in recognition of his work with 'BASICS' and the Cheshire & Shropshire Immediate Care Group, voluntarily providing expert care to acutely unwell and injured patients, and contributing to the ongoing education and fundraising support of the immediate care community.
