Defibrillators for Llanymynech Junior Football Club.
Shropdoc, local provider of GP out of hours services and other NHS services, have linked up with a local junior football club and donated Defibrillators to their football teams.
Shropdoc has 279 local GP members who deliver out of hours care to a population of 600,000 patients.
Use Your Local Pharmacist
This winter a number of local pharmacies are being funded to provide advice and support to people on the management of common ailments, including where necessary, the supply of over the counter medicines (OTC) free of charge, for those people who may have otherwise gone to their GP or other healthcare provider.
The Urgent Care Centre at Leighton Hospital, Crewe, has been presented with the Dr Steve Hugh Award in recognition of its work delivering extended primary care in partnership with the accident and emergency department.
