Simple Telehealth (STH) and Shropdoc

Working in partnership with Shropshire County PCT, Shropshire Doctors Cooperative (Shropdoc) has provided financial support enabling an innovative group of Community Nurses (Community Matrons and Respiratory CNS) to provide Simple Telehealth (STH) for some of their patients.
