Relief Team Leader28 hours per week £24,082.50 pro-rata We have a vacancy for a Relief Team Leader who will be responsible for the management of all shifts over a 24-7 Fixed Rota Pattern including weekends and Bank Holidays. You will be responsible for identifying and focusing on levels of operational service delivery and implementing contingencies to ensure that standards and response times are met. This is a multi-skilled role which will involve crossing between Out of Hours and In Hours services.
You must have proven experience of staff management preferably in a call centre environment to include proven skills in staff development, performance management and employee relations. You must also have excellent communication skills to deal with a diverse audience along with the ability to produce and analyse statistical data. We are looking for a salaried GP to join our team of 7 GP’s and to work for 3 or 4 days per week from 1 August 2013 in our friendly training Practice. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic team player involved in all aspects of the Practice’s clinical activities.
