TEAM LEADER


23.5 hours per week £22,893.00 pro-rata

We have a vacancy for a Team Leader who will be responsible for the management of all shifts over a 24-7 Fixed Rota Pattern.  You will be responsible for identifying and focusing on levels of operational service delivery and implementing contingencies to ensure that standards and response times are met.  This is a multi-skilled role which will involve crossing between Out of Hours and In Hours services.

You must have proven experience of staff management preferably in a call centre environment to include proven skills in staff development, performance management and employee relations.  You must also have excellent communication skills to deal with a diverse audience along with the ability to produce and analyse statistical data.

Shift Pattern

Week 1         Thursday                    16:30 – 00:30

                     Friday                        16:30 – 00:30

                     Saturday                    16:30 – 00:30

Week 2         Sunday                       00:30 – 08:30

Week 3         Monday                      00:30 – 08:30

                     Tuesday                     00:30 – 08:30

                     Wednesday                00:30 – 08:30

                     Thursday                    00:30 – 08:30

Week 4          Friday                        08:30 – 16:30

                     Saturday                     08:30 – 16:30

                     Sunday                       08:30 – 16:30

Plus 6 hours administration time to be undertaken during 4 week period.

CALL HANDLERS

£7.64 per hour

We are currently looking to recruit Call Handlers working a variety of shift patterns predominantly weekends working between 20 and 40 hours per month on a Fixed Rota basis. We currently operate 24 hours a day 7 days per week. You will be responsible for receiving calls from both healthcare professionals and the general public.

You must be a team player, have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate. No previous specific call handling experience is required as full training will be given. You must be able to work Bank Holidays, weekends and evenings and the flexibility to work daytimes would be an advantage.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR – OPERATIONS

Monday – Friday 0900 – 1730 (1 hour lunch)

 £12,714.00 per annum

 (Temporary until 31st March 2011)

We are looking for an administrator to assist the in-hours operations with a wide range of administrative tasks supporting the Falls, Nurse Co-ordination and Physiotherapy workstreams. The work is varied and you will be required to take calls from patients and Healthcare professionals.

 You will need to be organised and be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative and should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel. You will need to have a current driving licence as part of the role requires regular attendance at Louise House to undertake filing and other general administration.

PHYSIOTHERPAY TRIAGE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

PHYSIOTHERPAY TRIAGE SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR

 0900-1700 Monday – Friday (30 mins lunch)

 £12,714.00  per annum
 (temporary until 31st March 2011)

We are looking for an administrator to assist the Physiotherapy Triage Service with a wide range of administrative tasks including taking calls from patients referred by their GP to the Physiotherapy Service.

You will need to be  highly organised and able to work as part of a team as well working on your own initiative.

You will bring a professional approach to your work and be happy to work both as part of a team as well as working on your own initiative.

You should have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excel.

ASSISTANT PATIENT CHOICE ADVISORS x 2

£13,786.50 p.a. pro-rata

37.5 hours per week (Maternity Cover)

20 hours per week

We are looking to recruit a further member to our call handling team working within the Booking & Information Bureau.

The Booking Information Bureau has been established to help patients in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin to book an outpatient appointment with hospital services or services in the community.

Although no previous call handling experience is required as full training will be given you must be a team player with good communication skills.  You will require good keyboard skills, be computer literate and have an excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.  Previous administration skills and data entry experience would be desirable.
